What currencies do you accept?
All payments are in CAD only. Paying in local currency​ means your ​home​ bank handles the ​currency ​conversion; they will convert the ​currency​ from CAD to Local currency for you. All customers are charged at the time of purchase only.

Do you ship internationally?
Presently, we sell in North America only.

Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order before your order goes into fulfillment, which is typically within 24-48 hrs. of placing the order. However, we recommend contacting us at order@maanjhi.com immediately. We will try to do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?
We have a 12-hour cancelation policy. This is not a problem as long as the order has not been processed. If the order has already been processed, please follow our return policy. We will be happy to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

Why did I receive only part of my order?
Please note that sometimes due to weight restrictions, your order can be delivered in separate packages. Do not worry, the rest of the order should reach you shortly. Each package has its own tracking code.

Where do you ship from?
All the items are shipped from our local warehouse in Canada.

Can I make changes to the shipping address after I place the order?
We are super quick in processing the order, so if you notice an error please email us asap with your name and order number at order@maanjhi.com so we can try to catch your package before it departs.

The product I want is out of stock, what should I do?
Oh no! Sorry you were not able to snap up that product. Just send us a quick email at contact@maanjhi.com and we will keep you posted on when your item is back in stock.
